John Deere 4045T Remanufactured Powertech Engine to Fit John Deere 450G 550G 650H Crawler Dozer, 120 Excavator Re-manufactured John Deere 4045 Powertech Engine Construction: 450G/550G/650H Crawler Dozer Construction: 120 Excavator Industrial Specification Engine can be trimmed to fit construction spec application. We will gladly trim this engine with parts from Your engine to match your application -flywheel, manifolds, front cover, pulley, oil cooler, oil pan at no extra cost but we need your engine to do so, and engine will be retested before shipping. We also can re-manufacture Your John Deere Engine if You would like that – all engines are tested and set to factory specification before being shipped. All Engines are Tested to meet or exceed OEM Specifications. ALL items’ castings and blocks are washed in an Ultrasonic Cleaning System. Engine is Built to OEM Spec, New Cylinder liners, pistons, rings, wrist pins, wrist pin bushings, circlips, main bearings, rod bearings, all seals and gaskets. Crankshaft, head, cam, rods, blocks are machined and inspected for cracks set to OEM specifications. New Injectors, Water pump, thermostat, bypass hose replaced, new balancer shaft and bushings, oil pump. Remanufactured Injection Pump. The engine has a 1-year unlimited-hour warranty from date of invoice. There are some parts that will need to be reused from old engine to Your remanufactured engine: Starter, Alternator, Sending Units, Fan, Fan Belt, Manifolds, Pulleys, Flywheel Housing, Gaskets are sent with the engine, and rear seal is included if needed to change the bell housing $3500.00 core charge is added to the selling price; the core needs to have good casting -contact us for more detail.
