Used CD100 Generac generator. It cranks and runs put out voltage it runs great no problems. It is 120/240 1 ph. now. It is 12 lead can be reconnected to 3ph. It was order 277/480 we change it to 120/240 1ph when customer put it on there house. It has a Isochronous governor. It came off a Large Home in my area. It was changed out for a sound attenuated new generator. We have had this on service contract for service last 15 years. It has block-heater, and battery charger .It has been serviced Recent new oil and filter, new fuel filter and antifreeze checks good. The battery does not go with the generator. There is no charge to load the generator. It must be paid in full before 10 days of the auction closes and pick up no longer than 30 days from auction closes as long as it has been paid .If need to be on a pallet ADD $250 Upon execution of this Bill of Sale and upon Seller’s receipt of payment by Buyer of the Purchase Price Seller shall transfer all rights, title and interest it has in the Equipment to Buyer. The Equipment shall be delivered to and taken possession of by Buyer on an “as is, where is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees to the year, hours, or condition of any items sold. Buyer shall assume, upon execution of this Agreement, all risk of damage or loss to the Equipment, and no such damage or loss shall constitute a failure of consideration or cause for rescission of this Agreement by Buyer. This Agreement can only be amended by a written document signed by the duly authorized officers or representatives of the parties. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Purchasers are responsible for pick up and shall assume all work of coordinating transportation. An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Auction Time” after the sale concludes. Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes where applicable. Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing.
