1. Definitions 1.1. Proforma Invoice: This document details the goods and/or services to be provided by the seller. 2. Description of the Products 2.1. The machinery spare parts detailed in this proforma invoice are accurately described in terms of type, quantity, price and condition. 2.2. The technical specifications and characteristics of the spare parts are subject to the respective part numbers based on the CATERPILLAR SIS. 3. Price and Payment 3.1. The prices indicated in this pro forma invoice are accurate and are not subject to change. 3.2. Payment must be made in advance using one of the methods we offer, we will start to work on the order once payment is received in our accounts. 3.3. Additional costs such as taxes and duties are 100% the responsibility of the buyer, as Teluke Spare Parts pays their respective taxes in the United States. 4. Validity 4.1. This proforma invoice is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. 4.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel the proforma invoice if order confirmation is not received within the validity period. 5. Delivery 5.1. The delivery of spare parts will be carried out in accordance with the terms agreed between the seller and the buyer, specified in the proforma invoice in question. 6. Warranty and Returns 6.1. Spare parts are subject to the warranty specified by the manufacturer. 6.2 For any problem regarding the part, Teluke Spare Parts will be responsable. 7. Responsibility 7.1. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper use of spare parts and compliance with applicable regulations. 8. Applicable Law 8.1. Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
